College of Engineering and Physical Sciences
Kingsbury Hall provides our students with the environment they need to become the next generation of scientists, engineers, and mathematicians. Laboratories now have the appropriate infrastructure, all departments have computer clusters and appropriate student project spaces, and each classroom has Internet access with LCD projectors, including two state-of-the-art lecture halls for larger groups.
For educators, there is an immense satisfaction associated with helping students reach their potential. I know I speak for the entire CEPS faculty when I express my deep sense of gratitude for this wonderful building, as well as for the ongoing renovations of DeMeritt and James Halls. With these facilities, our students are able to learn by doing. Today, investments in equipment and scholarship will have an even more significant impact on our capacity to deliver state-of-the-art educational experiences.
Quality undergraduate engineering and science programs need quality laboratory facilities. Our students need to be exposed to new materials, new equipment, new ideas, and a global industry. Your contribution will help provide the scholarships and equipment necessary for us to continue to provide a 21st Century education for our students.
