Support for Programs of Distinction
Private support enables the University of New Hampshire to build on strengths and also to develop new programs. Private support for academic initiatives is a catalyst, attracting additional research funds from government, business and industry, and nonprofit foundations.
Research grants extend a program's capabilities, but supporting endowments are the underpinning, providing a permanent source of funding and the flexibility to respond quickly to new research developments.
